Freeze-Prone Freight Advisories
ArcBest provides Protection Against Freezing as a service upon request for freight with a freeze point of 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower. This service is subject to the Conditions of Service and Exclusions contained in Item 810 of ARC 112 Series and is available only for shipments in the contiguous United States. “Protection Against Freezing Required” must be listed prominently on the bill of lading for service to apply. ArcBest reserves the right to suspend freeze protection services if the temperature is 10 degrees Fahrenheit or lower at origin or destination, or if extreme weather occurs for a prolonged period of time.

ArcBest accepts freezable freight at all locations across North America, excluding the following service centers and their serviceable area due to extreme weather conditions:
Canadian service centers:
